Payment for Services
All fees are due at the time of service for in-office clients and in advance for email and telephone clients.
Cash, money orders, and personal checks are accepted in the counseling office. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
At this time we cannot take credit card payment in the counseling office.
If you prefer to use a debit or credit card to pay for your nutrition counseling services, you may use the PayPal option below. Online payment does not include the cash/check discount we offer when you pay for services at the time of the appointment. Advance payment will not be refunded unless services are cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
